Ordering and Shipping Policies

ORDERING – No Minimum Order Required!

 Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received. Most orders received are shipped within 24 hours. Cash & Carry is available Monday – Friday from 9am – 4:00pm.

Any damages/shortages must be reported to R & R Distributors within 48 hours of receipt. Retain all boxes/packaging material until further instructed by R & R Distributors. For any returns contact us for an RMA number, please provide us with the original invoice number where the item was billed. Returns for reasons other than our processing error or damages are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

All orders are shipped COD. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa as payment for your orders. Please contact our office for further information on establishing an account.

ö         Orders under $400.00 shipping charges will be added to the Invoice.*

ö         Orders over $400.00 will not be charged shipping.*

*        Large/bulky orders (ie: Dog/Cat Food, Bird Food, Wet Dry Filters, Cages) will be charged freight based on actual charges. R & R Distributors allows a 7% freight allowance, which will be credited to your invoice. The customer will pay the freight charges at the time of delivery, this amount maybe in addition to your invoice total.

If delivered via our truck a fuel surcharge will be added to the invoice total.
